Lately our Chefs received great recognition in regional and international contests. It is a big pleasure for us to share with you the news of their successes which resulted from their talent and dedication. We congratulate them on their excellent work!
In chronological order, we have:
Martina Di Fabio, third prize at the regional gastronomic contest "Lu Carrature d'Ore 2009" with Wild wood flavoured pasta parcels:

Vito Giansante, team gold medal at the IX edition of the Cooking Contest "Italian International Cooking Exhibition" in Massa Carrara, with Lamb roll stuffed with egg and cheese with its liver parfait and must sauce and chips potatoes from Avezzano. Fried meat balls on tomato and basil reduction sauce with asparagus spears and carrots with red garlic from Sulmona with "Centerba Toro" liqueur flavour:

Francesco Lupinetti and Vito Giansante, first prize at the regional gastronomic contest "Lu Carrature d'Ore 2008" with: Layers of raw ewe meat marinated in peppermint and olive oil, served with Juniper smoked Ricotta cheese:
